A recorder is 250mm wide. It is of a desk-top (flat bed) type. It responds to 1 and 2 channels.
The recorder comes standard with a polarity changeover switch, a recording-paper fast-forward switch, a recording-paper rewind knob, a recording-paper-end alarm, and a superimposed event marker that makes it possible to place a mark arbitrarily on a recording line.
A power source can be easily switched among 5 types of voltages: AC100, 115, 200, 220, 240V. It can be used in all parts of the world.
Options are available for use, including a recording-paper wind-up device, a handcart for a recorder, and a separate pen type event marker, etc.
Features
-
Shape is easy to write a comment.
The length of a bed plate for charts is lengthened. This makes it easier to write a comment in longhand from above recorded waveforms.
Moreover, switches are not arranged on the right sleeve panel so as not to become obstructive when a comment is written in longhand. -
Built-in simple calibration power supply.
A power source for calibration with the highest sensitivity to an input range is built in.
Without separately make available a reference power source for calibration, a check of accuracy can be easily made in the following operating steps.
(1) Set an input range of the input amplifier unit to the highest sensitivity.
(2) Set the [MEAS/CHK/CAL] changeover switch to [CHK] and zero point (0%).
(3) Set the [MEAS/CHK/CAL] changeover switch to [CAL]. If a pen is moved by the built-in power source for calibration and it stops at the position of full-scale (100%). This is normal.
※ If a pen is shifted in the direction of + (plus) or – (minus) from the position of 100%, calibration is needed. -
Recording paper feed operation unit.
All settings can be made for switching the speed of recording paper (chart paper), and switching the unit of speed, etc.
A pen can be ascended or descended with a pen lift lever.
It is possible to operate Channel 1 and Channel 2 respectively.
With the MARK switch, a mark can be superimposed and placed on a recorded waveform. -
Input terminal.
Connections can be made through three types of signal lines: a signal line from which cladding is detached, a signal line to which a Y-crimp terminal is attached, and a signal line to which a banana plug is attached.

Another pen marker
Besides a recording pen of the main unit, a device makes it possible to place a mark in the right end part of recording paper by using an exclusive-use pen.
It is possible to place an arbitrary mark on a time axis.
